What You’ll Be Doing
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and technical issues
- Respond to support tickets and troubleshoot both software and hardware problems
- Offer guidance on software installations, configurations, and updates
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams (developers and QA engineers) to resolve complex issues
- Assist in training customers on how to effectively use our products
- Manage and troubleshoot Windows installations, networking, and SQL Server configurations
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates with:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of software and hardware troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
- A customer-oriented mindset with patience, empathy, and attention to detail
