What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and technical issues
  • Respond to support tickets and troubleshoot both software and hardware problems
  • Offer guidance on software installations, configurations, and updates
  • Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams (developers and QA engineers) to resolve complex issues
  • Assist in training customers on how to effectively use our products
  • Manage and troubleshoot Windows installations, networking, and SQL Server configurations

Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for candidates with:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of software and hardware troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools
  • A customer-oriented mindset with patience, empathy, and attention to detail
