What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing Operations: Manage daily operations to ensure excellent service, quality, and efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and train your team to maintain high standards and deliver outstanding dining experiences.
- Business Growth: Drive business growth through effective management, customer satisfaction, and team performance.
- Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve issues and maintain a calm, organized environment even during busy periods.
- Budgeting & Inventory: Handle budgeting, inventory management, and ensure health and safety standards are met.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in restaurant management or a similar leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of restaurant operations, budgeting, inventory, and customer service.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
