What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate hotline and emergency lines, offering quick and effective support.
- Use portable radios and help desk services to assist clients and provide solutions.
- Offer exceptional customer service in both Arabic and English.
- Provide assistance for various services, ensuring clients’ needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Who We’re Looking For
- Secondary school qualification + 1-year computer training.
- At least 4 years of experience in call center operations, with expertise in handling emergency lines and help desks.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
- Experience supporting a wide range of services.
- Ability to work well under pressure and deliver excellent customer service.
