What You’ll Be Doing
- Answering customer inquiries through calls, providing information on services and resolving issues.
- Managing customer requests, ensuring high satisfaction and swift resolution of any concerns.
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Who We’re Looking For
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
- Must hold an 18 transferable residency.
- Good communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Previous experience in customer service or call centers is preferred but not required.
