Responsibilities:
Restaurant Manager:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
- Manage the front-of-house team and provide excellent customer service.

- Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring that the restaurant has all the supplies it needs.

Chef:

- Plan and develop menu items, ensuring that they meet customer expectations.

- Ensure food quality, safety, and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Mentor and train junior kitchen staff, guiding them in food preparation and cooking techniques.
Chef de Partie (CDP):
- Take responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared and cooked to the highest standard.
- Assist the head chef with menu development and food preparation.
- Supervise and support commis chefs, helping them with their tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in your section of the kitchen.
- Ensure that all dishes leaving your section are of the highest quality and consistency.
Commis Chef:
- Work under the supervision of senior chefs to prepare food and ingredients.
- Assist in food preparation for various sections of the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Learn and develop cooking techniques and skills to advance in the culinary field.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Previous experience in a restaurant setting is preferred. However, we are also open to hiring individuals who are passionate about the industry and eager to learn.
- Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential. For chefs, good knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques is necessary.
- Restaurant Manager: Prior experience in managing a team or leading a restaurant is highly preferred.
- Chef and CDP: A strong passion for cooking and previous experience in a kitchen environment will help you succeed in these roles.
- Commis Chef: A willingness to learn and develop culinary skills is required. No prior experience is necessary, but it is a plus.
- Work Ethic: All candidates should be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
